Ablaze has introduced pressure relief valve of Glass , to protect the reactor and prevent accident as site, the pressure relief valve is a valve used to control or limit the pressure in a system or reactor  which can build up by a process upset, instrument or equipment failure, or fire. In pressure relief valve, the pressure is relieved by allowing the pressurized gas/fluid to flow out of the system. The pressure relief valve is designed or set to open at a determined set pressure to protect Glass Vessels/ Reactor  and other equipment from being subjected to pressures that exceed their design limits. When the set pressure is exceeded, the pressure relief valve is forced open and a portion of the gas/fluid is released maintaining the required system pressure. Weight operated pressure relief valve is constructed of glass and PTFE. Sealing of moving parts is effected by a PTFE bellows.

Glass Nutsch  filters can easily be combined with other  reactors for solid / liquid separation after the process . The inert materials allow safe processing in a inert atmosphere of a wide range of solvents and acids in a completely sealed glass system  under full vacuum.
The slurry is transferred into the filter. The solid content in the slurry is held back by the filter cloth forming a filter cake, while the filtrate runs away to the outlet valve in the bottom plate. The filtering stage finishes when the filtrate is of small quantity, which can be shortened by squeezing the filter cake by turning the height adjustable stirrer.
The cake is removed easily from the top by opening the cover and lowering the glass filter vessel, which is fixed to the lifting device. The same lifting device is used to lower the bottom for accessing the filter cloth for cleaning and exchange.

Bromine is available in the sea bittern, as well as Industrial waste e.g. Aq. HBr / Aq. NaBr / Aq. KBr. The Bromine concentration in the feedstock varies from 2 gpl to 300 gpl from industry to industry. We are manufacture Bromine Recovery Plants having the capacity of handling large amounts of Bromides , we can also give system for Bromine Recovery from Sea Bitterns.

Process Of Bromine Recovery:

The process of Bromine Recovery consists of simultaneous chlorination & steam blowing. The feed stock acidic in nature is preheated to near its boiling in feed pre heater and then fed to the main column where steam and chlorine are blown simultaneously. The bromine as set free by chlorine are steam distilled. The liberated bromine together with steam and some excess chlorine is condensed in the condenser. The condensate is taken to a gravity separator where bromine and bromine water are separated. While bromine is taken in the purification column the aq. layer is recycled into the main column. Crude bromine is purified under reflux and pure bromine is collected in the receiver. All uncondensed vapors pass through the tail scrubber to recover the last traces of bromine.
